This week I talk about how I use an intentional living daily planner that I created for a day to day basis check-in and contemplation.
This planner is a short and sweet one designed to invoke a sense of groundedness and calmness about where you are at in your life. There are questions in there that will help you uncover how you want to create a day that you desire.
Because it takes only 5-10 minutes to fill it out, this is a simple tool to take with you when you want to live intentionally despite the rush of everyday.
