⭐ Explore, Express & Heal 🎨📝 will be held on 12th March (online and offline) and 26th March (online) at 11 am - 12:30 pm. Join us to experience the power of visual art therapy - we will practice and learn about a technique together! The fee is ₹500

⭐ Safe spaces and quiet reading nooks 📚 is an event in collaboration with @pauselibrary Join us for a special edition of this immersive book reading experience, where we’ll look at neurodivergence and disability in picture books (this edition is back for part 2!) on 17th March at 5pm! This edition of the event will be held online. The fee is ₹300

⭐ The Open Mic 🎤 will be held on 24th March, where we invite you all to share your art and talent with the audience at 5:30 pm for a fee of ₹100 (goes towards free therapy service)

⭐ Movie Night 🎬 will be held on 5th March at 3 pm and 31st March at 5 pm. Join us to watch diverse films together, and engage in conversation about discourses and experiences that came up! The fee is ₹150 (goes towards free therapy service)

Meet the facilitator for our new 8-week program Reclaiming "Bipolar" - @vasavieriki ! Watch the video to hear her speak about her experience living with bipolar disorder.

Vasavi will be facilitating as a Peer Support Practitioner and community space holder. She is trained in Visual Art Therapy, Narrative Practices, Mindfulness Based Symptom Management, Integrative Mindfulness Based Practices, Neurodivergent Affirmative Practice, and Queer Affirmative Practice.

Reclaiming "Bipolar" is sure to be a generative, supportive, and safe community space for folks living with bipolar disorder. We hope this offering can provide community care and allow you to explore your experiences in new ways 💖

We're excited to announce a new offering - Reclaiming "Bipolar" 🌈♾️

This is an intentionally curated 8-week program for people living with bipolar disorder, facilitated by someone living with bipolar disorder (Check out our following post to meet our facilitator @vasavieriki ).

🌟March session dates and timings - March 11th and 25th, 5 PM - 7 PM

🌟Mode - Online and offline available

🌟Fee structure - Fees per session will be a sliding scale of ₹300 - ₹500. You can also opt to book a slot for the entire 8 sessions in advance for a discounted price of ₹3500 (one session free - this option only applicable if ₹500 per session is chosen)

🌟DM to register soon! Limited slots available

*We at PFP acknowledge the term "bipolar spectrum" can be pathologizing and have chosen to use this term as a way to reclaim it. "Disorders" which may fall under this are Bipolar 1 disorder, Bipolar 2 disorder, and Cyclothymia. Neurodivergent affirmative language is still developing and we are always open to learn. We'll be having conversations about terminology in the group as well.
