Slow Down Saturdays are an invitation to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and what is important for us. It will be a space to breathe, rest and recoup.  Many of us in our daily living experience a sense of hurry, feeling caught up in the numerous things that need our attention, with little time to pause and check in with ourselves.

The hope is to gather with the intention of allowing ourselves the space to be open and be curious to what is occurring within us and to deepen our relationship to whatever is present. You will learn and engage in reflective and meditative practices of mindfulness, creative journaling, art, photography and more to help you look within, embrace yourself and others and to be present to what is- slowly and with intention.

Dates: Two Saturdays a month (2nd and 4th Saturdays)

Timings: 10:30am to 12:30pm 

Where: Given the current COVID Crisis we have moved slow down saturdays online and currently run on Zoom.
