Live Online Guided Meditation Sessions:
A Habit Creating 15-minute Everyday

The daily guided meditation program first began in March 2020 only for PfP staff and in June 2020 opened to everyone, has been active every day since then. 

Every Monday to Saturday, Selvan will come on live (online) for twenty minutes, three times daily to guide a select group into a meditation practice. On Sundays it is one long session of 40 minutes. 

SelvanS Mentoring is formed with an idea of converting your life into an “Awareness Journey”, which is a journey of awareness to explore within oneself. This journey is likely to bring about a realisation that we are spiritual beings having a human experience in this lifetime. In other words, our energy bodies contain our physical body and we are in fact beings of energy (electro-magnetic vibrations). The physical body and our physical senses, which we assume as all that is, is but a mere small part of the whole of us. When we realise and begin to use the whole of what we are, our lives are dramatically transformed and we start living a life of balance and flow rather than chaos and restlessness.

  • The Sundays only option is open only for continuing participants. That is, first time participants can choose this only from second month onwards.
  • You can choose option two and four together or you can choose option three and four together if you wish to join the long meditation sessions on Sundays too.

I am Selvan Srinivasan (Born 1962), an Energy Healer and Mentor and the Chairman and Director of PFP Psychological Services Pvt Ltd. For two years between 2017 and 2019, I went through a quiet life of introspection in Hyderabad, which turned out to be a deep inner cleansing, healing and transformative experience. It was an opening up into my Awareness and I look at it as my Awareness Journey. Throughout these years, I spent time in yoga, meditation and training for long-distance running. This has enabled me to be healthy and more physically active now than I was as a 30 year old youth. I had enrolled in to several courses by western spiritual teachers and healers to help understand the western view of the primarily eastern spiritual and healing practices. The courses included – Creative Manifestation by Eckhart Tolle, Duality- Energy Healing and Unlocking Transcendence by Jeffery Allen, Energy Medicine by Donna Eden, Ultimate Success Masterclass by Natalie Ludwell, Dream Sculpting – Mastering the Art of Lucid Dreaming, Speak to Inspire by Lisa Nichole, Energy Healing by Barbara Ann Brennan. 

All of the above added a western world view to the foundations laid by decades of training, learning and practice. It all began early on with participating in Chinmaya Mission’s Balavihar. As a child I learnt chanting by heart the various Sanskrit Shlokas, Suktams, Bhagavad Gita, from a neighbourhood temple. This was followed by SSY (By RSVK), Reiki third degree (PD Patel branch), Art of Living (Sri Sri). 

I have enjoyed close family relationships and have enthusiastically kept deep close loving bonds with all family members. In the rough and tumble world of entrepreneurship to come out financially successful while maintaining robust health as well as deep loving relationships is quiet rare and I believe this has been possible due to my life of introspection and mindfulness even before the Awareness Journey. It has helped me find a successor and let go of the business and organisation I had painstakingly built over two decades, to be completely free to pursue my deep passion in a new career, something almost unheard of in the world of entrepreneurship. Watch and listen to this story here

You can join our meditation sessions any time! The month begins at the 1st of each month and you can pay to register and partake the entire month as well.
