Subha Kher (She/her) Subha is a psychotherapist at Pause for Perspective.
She is a trauma-informed practitioner whose work is shaped by intersectionality and a social justice framework.
She strives to co-create therapeutic spaces that are culturally attuned, contextually grounded, and responsive to the sociopolitical structures that shape her clients lived experiences.
Her approach is rooted in empathy, guided by each person’s pace, and committed to authenticity. Drawing from family systems therapy, narrative practices, and arts-based approaches, she engages with curiosity and collaboration, centring each person’s stories, strengths, and meaning-making.
Subha has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across clinical and community-based settings. She has supported individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, substance use, relational concerns, and gender-based violence.
