Neeyati Tayade (She/her)

Neeyati is a therapist and researcher who approaches mental health through a political and intersectional lens.

As an Ambedkarite and Buddhist, her practice is rooted in anti-caste, feminist, and decolonial values.

She believes therapy can be a space to challenge dominant narratives and nurture stories of resistance, survival, and hope.

She practices narrative therapy to collaboratively deconstruct dominant narratives and co-create empowering counter‑stories.

Neeyati is particularly committed to supporting queer individuals and people from caste-oppressed backgrounds.

Outside the therapy room, she finds inspiration in art, animated films, and speculative fiction, and values time spent in meaningful conversation with friends. Through her work, she aims to foster healing and collective liberation by creating spaces of visibility, respect, and transformation.
