Mahathi Rajesh (She/Her)

Mahathi Rajesh (She/Her)

Mahathi draws from a narrative and existential approach, prioritizing trauma-informed care.

Her work is client-paced and process-focused and actively integrates social justice and intersectional perspectives.

She has worked in community-based settings, supporting individuals from marginalized caste, gender, and religious backgrounds through trauma-informed self-care sessions. In residential elder-care contexts, she has designed and facilitated therapeutic activities to enhance emotional, cognitive, and social well-being in older adults.

Mahathi’s goal is to offer compassionate, collaborative therapy that centers each person’s lived experience. She is especially drawn to making mental health support more accessible and equitable, and is committed to growing her work in spaces impacted by marginalization, systemic inequities, and intergenerational trauma.

Outside of sessions, Mahathi spends a lot of time on YouTube, listens to music regularly, and finds comfort in having some background audio on, usually whatever happens to catch her interest that day. She enjoys singing, cleaning, and self-care, and appreciates quiet routines:slow mornings, familiar music, and walks her legs usually regret later.
