Aditi Singh(She/her)
Aditi Singh is a therapist who supports adolescents, couples and families, and older adults.
She believes therapy should be a safe and caring space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted.
Her approach is warm, gentle, and based on each person’s unique needs. Aditi helps people explore their thoughts and feelings, understand their experiences, and build a stronger connection with themselves.
She uses simple tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and narrative practices, and encourages open, reflective conversations. Her sessions move at a pace that feels natural and comfortable for each person.
Aditi has worked with people from many different backgrounds, including survivors of domestic violence, those from marginalized communities, and individuals from low-income settings.
She is committed to creating a non-judgmental, welcoming space where everyone feels safe and respected. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, with a focus on Couple and Family Therapy and Geriatric Counseling. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Delhi University.
Outside of therapy, Aditi enjoys cooking, reading fiction, and spending time with cats—everyday joys that help her feel calm and balanced.
