Siri Indukuri (She/Her)

Siri is a Consultant Therapist at Pause for Perspective

Siri is passionate about promoting awareness of mental health and wellbeing across all age groups. She has worked in the field for the past 7 years with people of diverse ages and backgrounds and is a strong advocate of everyone having equal access to mental health care.

Siri has particularly worked with adolescents, teenagers and young adults and recognises the impact of the ever changing expectations of these age groups. She believes that these age groups have an increased proclivity for positive change and developing resilience factors. Additionally, adaptation of protective factors can buffer the development of lifelong mental health disorders making them a critical population to work with. She has actively pursued her passion of working with young people in community (school, residential care and private practise), to support them in developing the skills they need to be their optimal selves.

Siri has also actively researched the positive impacts of protective factors such as physical exercise and social support in helping young people/adults cope with stress and stress related disorders.
