Shwetha Kishore

Shwetha – Fellow, Pause for Perspective

Shwetha is a fellow at Pause for Perspective, trained in Narrative Practices, with a degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Mumbai and a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (from Equilibrio Advisory LLP). She believes everyone deserves an inclusive space where they feel safe, heard, and understood. She hopes to contribute to creating spaces rooted in kindness, connection, and a sense of belonging.

After years in the corporate world, Shwetha felt a deep disconnect between her work and her values. Drawn toward meaningful conversations and the power of shared stories, she transitioned into mental health to create spaces where people feel seen and supported.

She finds comfort in the stillness of the mountains and strives to bring that same steadiness and warmth into her work. When she’s not holding space for others, she’s experimenting with flavors in the kitchen, daydreaming of a quiet village life, or watching something lighthearted — preferably low on brain power.
