Rajeshwari Singh is a certified expressive-arts based therapy (EAT) practitioner and is a psychotherapist and fellow at Pause for Perspective in Hyderabad.

Within her therapeutic intervention process, she freely moves between different modalities of art such as dance-movement, music, drawing, writing, drama-role play & audio-visual media along with the traditional verbalisation, to design the therapy sessions as per the client’s interests. Her previous engagement as an EAT practitioner entails an insightful experience of working with children with special needs; persons with disabilities; issues of substance use & abuse in adolescents and homeless and destitute children & women. She has also facilitated workshops around stress relief and dealing with anxiety during pandemic for school children, teachers and special educators.

She believes in a holistic developmental approach focussing on not just the mental health of an individual but also covering their psycho-social as well as emotional well-being

  • BA. (H) Psychology from University of Delhi.
  • MA. in Psycho-Social Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University, New Delhi.
  • Certification course on Expressive Arts based Therapy in Clinical Practice, Department of Mental Health & Behavioural Sciences, Fortis Hospital, New Delhi, certified by Conseil International de la Danse CID- UNESCO (France)
  • Introduction to Narrative Practices, NPI
