 • I have interned at a school during my course which gave me exposure of working with adolescents as well.
 • I have held various psycho-education sessions at schools to help students learn more about their stressors faced during adolescence, effective ways of dealing with them and as a result help them build positive self esteem and understanding of self.
 • Workshop presenter of The Live Love Laugh Foundation project with Pause for Perspective.
 • Incorporates different therapuetic techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-centered, Mindfulness, Dialectic Behavior Therapy and others in sessions to accommodate for each individual client.
 • Offers one-on-one counseling as well as Skype sessions for young adults, adults, Lgbtqia+, couples and individuals who are facing crisis and other concerns to help them reach their true potential.
 • The presupposition of therapy for me is being present for the client with compassion and non judgemental empathy which itself becomes a part of the healing process. It’s about trusting the person that they’re doing the best of their abilities.  Life is about being and becoming.
 • As Carl Roger said, “It’s not about getting the feeling out of the mind, or hiding it, but about experiencing it with acceptance. Only then you can see the change.”
