This is a full time position with timings of 10am-6pm. Salary of ₹15,000per month. There will be a 6-month probationary period to ensure good fit with the Organisation.

The duties of the office manager includes the following:

-Accounting experience to manage bills, expenses, invoices and payments.

-Be the first point of contact for clients via telephone, emails and messaging and face to face

-Book appointments for the Psychotherapy staff and manage bookings

-Assign intakes and ensure client follow up

-Internet savvy to promote the organisation on social media

-Organise and schedule group events

-Overall office management-order supplies,etc

-General filing duties-clients case records, ensuring case notes are updated and assigning and ensuring staff follows up on paper work and related social promotion tasks

Applicant attributes 

Keen on working in a quiet and mindful environment. The application should be sensitive mental health conditions and be respectful and extremely sensitive to the population we serve.

The application should have knowledge and experience in working with current technologies. Experience with Word, Excel, Tally internet based software like Canvas, MailChimp, and other event and social media platforms, email protocols, cloud based software management necessary.

-Keen on learning on the job;show eagerness and enthusiasm for learning new aspects

-Quick to learn and implement and able to carry out daily tasks without much supervision

-Excellent communication skills (phone, email), good organisation skills with ability to be focused

-Good awareness of stress and coping skills

-Punctual and consistent
