Ayushi is a psychotherapist and currently a Fellow at Pause for Perspective, Hyderabad. She has previous experience of in government hospitals as well as working privately with clients. She has worked with young adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation/overwhelm, substance dependence, complex trauma, lack of motivation.
Her practice is inclusive and trauma informed. She believes that one is always responding and coping to their situation, becoming more self aware and empowered in therapy spaces and alliance by using dialogues to explore and reflect can help individuals get their agency back and cope in a healthier way. In her free time she also volunteers with Samaritans, Mumbai.
